Harmony Fox (Harmony)
Harmony is a 16.2 brown mare.
She is a typical mare and bosses all of the other horses around and enjoys pulling wicked faces and biting!
Harmony is amazingly bold. She doesn't bat an eyelid at anything and is a lovely forward going ride!
Harmony loves Buggie but never tells him this!
Harmony enjoys show jumping.
She has won nearly £300 BSJA in the past and more recently has enjoyed doing RC show jumping.
In 2005 she qualified for the intermediate riding club show jumping championships at Lincoln and did very well.
History
Harmony came to us aged seven. She had hunted all of her life and had gone lame due to suspected navicular. We gradually nursed her back to soundness and started doing light dressage work. Gradually she became sound and we have competed her carefully ever since. Harmony is now 15 and one of our youngest!
Harmony is good at Dressage!
Neither Harmony or Jenny enjoy dressage very much, but when they put their minds to it, they can achieve a lot!
Harmony has qualified for the Riding Club national championships at Lincoln in 2002 and would have won individually had her mum not forgotten the test! They had to settle for second place!
Harmony is great at eventing!
Harmony enjoys putting all three disciplines together. She hasn't evented a great deal as we try to avoid the hard ground, but in 2003 she qualified for the Riding Club championships at Offchurch. Here she ended up 4th individually, after some cross country time faults(- due to heavey rain) This dropped us down from the top of the leader board!
